Golden Cockerel's program, "A Hand Up," is our effort dedicated to helping Russian orphans develop a talent and a chance to support themselves. Professional artists teach the children traditional Russian painting techniques, and the brooches they produce are in turn "sold" for donations to the program. Each pin is a unique work of art - shown are just a few samples.
