Handpainted blue lines give this plate a diamond pattern. Gold embellishments add a touch of elegance. A great example of classic Russian porcelain.
This plate was produced at the Imperial Porcelain Factory in St. Petersburg, Russia. Until recently, the workshop was known by its Soviet name, the “Lomonosov Porcelain Factory.” Since 1744, its artists have been creating fine china and figurines that truly are imperial. Clay is molded and fired at high temperatures, then painted by hand to produce long-lasting quality dishware and figurines. Imperial Porcelain Factory Manufactory is the most recognized and renowned name in Russian porcelain production. Their work is highly sought after!
Gold embellishments make this item unsuitable for dishwasher or microwave use.
