The Basics

  • Click the Online Store link on the title bar to enter the store.
  • Explore the store by clicking on items themselves or by following links to item categories. Follow the link Product Categories on the left sidebar to learn more about the products.
  • Put items in your shopping cart by clicking on the small shopping cart "in" icon Help at Golden Cockerel . When you do so, the item disappears from the store.
  • If you wish, you may view the contents of your cart by following the View Cart link on the left sidebar. While viewing your cart you can freely adjust the item quantities or remove items by clicking on the shopping cart "out" icon Help at Golden Cockerel .
  • When ready to make your purchase, follow the Check Out link on the left sidebar to our secure order form, verify your contact information, choose a form of payment, and presto--your work is done!

Order Confirmation & Processing

Immediately upon receiving your order, Emelya, our sitekeeper robot, will e-mail you a confirmation of the order you placed and simultaneously alert customer service. Should customer service have any concern about your order (availability, payment issues, etc.), you will be contacted promptly. Otherwise, standard orders will be processed in 24 to 48 hours, at which time you should receive confirmation of shipping with tracking numbers where applicable. Rush orders received by 1p.m. EST weekdays are shipped on the day the order is received.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to change or cancel your order after placement, please contact customer service ASAP.

Payment Options

All orders must be prepaid by check, money order, or credit card information unless other terms have been negotiated. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and AmericanExpress credit cards. For maximum security, no credit card information is stored at our web site. If you opt to mail payment to us, customer service will contact you via e-mail to confirm the exact amount to be paid, then hold your order a brief period while awaiting payment receipt and clearance.

Order with confidence and satisfaction. All merchandise is selected for quality and performance and is guaranteed against defects. If not completely satisfied with your order, please contact customer service within 15 days of receipt of the order to request a return for replacement or credit.

Sales Tax

Sorry, but we are required to collect sales tax on all shipments remaining within the state of North Carolina. We hope you'll agree it's a small price to pay for the privelege of being a Tar Heel.
