A woman holds up a mirror, and a trace of a smile appears on her face. She could be the evil queen from the Tale of the Dead Princess who talks to her mirror, but we doubt it. She looks too nice. The artist, I. Simonova, paints the scene with great care and with beautiful color. The robe-like fabric that flows from the top of the chair to the floor is particularly pretty. The ornament on the top and sides is gold and red. The box is made out of high quality papier mache and has a hinge the top. Signed with the name of the artist and village.
