This stout and brilliantly carved White Horse Troika Father Frost stands 6” tall and is a rotund 4” to 4.5” around. Elvira Besedovskaya has painted a beautiful winter scene of 3 gloriously adorned white horses pulling a sleigh in classic Russian troika fashion. Adorning the back of Father Frost's robes are 3 more steeds pulling a troika, with the sleigh riders stepping out to explore their surroundings. Two brilliant holiday scenes on one item! Signed by the artist on the bottom. Superbly hand painted in Sergiev Posad, Russia.
