Vintage Czar Nicholas & Alexandra Doll 7pc./8"

In classic hand painting you'll enjoy the Romanov family on this vintage nesting doll:  Czar Nicholas, his wife, and the five children.  Their names are written in Cyrillc on the backs of the dolls.  Fine text on the bottom of the doll reads "Saint Petersburg" and "The Romanov Family".  This doll was painted in the early 1990s, close to the time when the remains of the Czar were entombed at the Fortress of Peter and Paul in St. Petersburg, Russia.
